Vanilla Cream with Berries
- In
a small saucepan, heat over low heat until warm but not hot:

cups heavy cream |
| 3/4 |
cup super fine sugar |
- Remove from heat
- In
another small saucepan, add:

| 1/2 |
cup water |
| 1 |
(1/4 oz.) envelope of unflavored gelatin |
- Soften. Bring to a boil. Stir to dissolve the gelatin.
Remove from heat. Blend into the cream mixture.
- In
another large bowl, mix together until smooth:

cups sour cream |
| 2 |
teaspoons vanilla (paste or extract) |
- Slowly
pour in the cream/gelatin mixture. Whisk until smooth. Pour
into an ungreased 4 quart mold. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Berry Toppings
Berries Grand Marnier
- Mix
together and macerate 30 minutes:

cup Grand Marnier
liqueur, or other favorite liqueur |

- Serve
with Vanilla Cream.
Berries with Sugar
- Select:

- Mix:
-
| 1/4 |
cup sugar |
| 1 |
tablespoon vanilla powder |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon cinnamon |
- Sprinkle
over berries and stir.
