Place in a blender, cover, and puree:

2	cups strawberries
1/2	cup sugar
1	cup water

Add:

1	cup white wine
2	tablespoons lemon juice
2	teaspoon grated lemon peel

Fold in:

1/2	pint heavy cream, whipped

Chill. Serve in glass bowls or stemmed goblets. Garnish with fresh mint sprig and strawberry slices or whole berries.
