Roasted Herb Nuts

In a large bowl until frothy and begins to hold soft peaks:

Add:

ounces pecans |
| 8 |
ounces almonds |
| 8 |
ounces walnuts |
| 8 |
ounces cashews |
| 1/4 |
cup sesame seeds |
| 1 |
teaspoon thyme |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
- Toss
the mixture until nuts are evenly coated. Place on a lightly
oiled baking sheet, separating the nuts as you arrange them.
Bake at 350°, turning and stirring every 10 minutes. Bake
25 minutes.
Other herbs and spices can be used.
