Roasted Garlic Nuts

In a large baking pan melt:

tablespoons of unsalted butter |
Add:

teaspoons garlic, finely minced or
powder |
| 1 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon cayenne |

- Toss
with the following until well combined:

cups of almonds, walnuts, pecans or
cashews |
Spread
out into one layer. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
Variations
to this recipe; substitute rosemary, curry powder, chili powder,
Italian seasoning, or five spice for the garlic. Or you can create
a blend of herbs for the garlic.
