Chicken Breast Piquant
A Low Sodium and Low Fat Recipe for Chicken:
Combine in skillet;
3/4 cup apple or orange juice
1 clove minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
  grated peel of one lemon
1/2 tablespoon savory
1/2 tablespoon dried onion or 1 tablespoon minced fresh onion
 
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
 
Add:
2 chicken split breasts

Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
