Pour into a 9" x 13" baking pan:

1/4	cup olive oil

Place in pan:

2	chicken breasts cut into quarters

Cover chicken with:

1/4	cup fennel seeds
1	onion thinly sliced

Place aluminum foil over the pan and seal the edges. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and brown for 10 minutes.
