Cheddar and Stilton
Cheese Log
- In
a mixer blend well:

pound Stilton
or blue cheese |
| 1/4 |
pound sharp cheddar cheese |
| 3 |
ounces cream cheese |
| 1 |
onion, minced |
| 1 |
tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 |
ounces pecans, coarsely chopped |

- Form
mixture into a log. Wrap log in waxed paper.
Chill overnight. Remove from the refrigerator about 1 hour before
serving.
Roll in a mixture of:

ounces of coarsely chopped pecans |
| 2 |
tablespoons of chopped parsley (fresh) |

- Garnish
with sprigs of sage. Serve with rye wafers or melba toast.
