Ann's Touch of Flavor
Rare special blended seasonings.  Ann's own recipes designed into wonderful tasty blends to create a gourmet dish the easy way.
Spices
1/2 cup $1.00 Each package is approximately a 1/2 cup but may vary according to the weight of the ingredients.  Reseal-able bag size is 4" x 4".

Seasonings Created without Salt for Low Sodium Diets

Basil Chicken: basil, paprika, garlic, and orange peel.  Use for chicken, soups, fish, pasta, salad dressing, greens or where you would like the flavor of basil.

Butter or Cheese: garlic, tarragon, chervil, parsley, and  chives. Use on toast, to make garlic bread, spreads, potatoes, dips, sauces for vegetables and fish.

Creole: paprika, garlic, peppercorns, lemon peel, red pepper, onion, and thyme.  Use on meats, soups, sauces, pasta, shrimp, and fish. 

Chili Powder: red pepper, paprika, cumin, cloves, marjoram, and garlic.  Use in chili, soups, dips, nuts, salsa, meats, barbecues and rice.

Curry: coriander, peppercorns, caraway, cardamom, cumin, cinnamon, and Chile pepper. Use for rice, chicken, cream soups, vegetables, eggs, sauces, dips, and cheese.

Dessert Blend: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, cloves, mace, coriander, and cardamom.  Use in pumpkin pie, pumpkin dishes, squash, apples, cookies, crisp, toast, puddings, sauces, and beets..

Five Spice: fennel, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, and peppercorns.  Use on chicken, meats, nuts, and Chinese cooking. 

Herb of Provence:  Sage, rosemary, marjoram, basil, thyme, and lavender. Use for chicken, turkey, pork, stuffing breads, cabbage, roasted vegetables, and greens.

Italian Seasoning:  basil, oregano, lemon peel, garlic, onion, Italian parsley, marjoram, savory, rosemary, sage, and spearmint.  Use on everything. 

Lemon Herb Seasoning, No Salt: lemon peel, basil, thyme, savory, parsley, and sage.  Use on fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, sauces, breads, cucumbers, and marinade.

Little Dragon:  tarragon, garlic, mustard, peppercorns, red pepper, and lemon peel.  Use on salads, chicken, fish, dips, sauces, beets, carrots, a chicken rub, and marinade for fish and chicken. 

Ole Thyme Stuffing:  marjoram, savory, basil, thyme, tarragon, parsley, and sage.  Use stuffing, poultry, pork, meat loaf, corn, and breads.

Old Farm Seasoning:  onion, garlic, chili, fennel, red pepper, and allspice.  Use in sausage, pork, poultry, chili, soups, and spaghetti.

Mt. Magic:  oregano, basil, lemon peel, garlic, onion, parsley, sage, savory, marjoram, spearmint, rosemary, paprika, peppercorns, red pepper, and thyme.  Use on everything.  A good meat rub.

Ann's No Salt Seasoning:  parsley, chives, peppercorns, garlic, marjoram, celery seed, curry, and red pepper.  Use on everything.  Place on table in a shaker, use as you would a salt shaker.
 


Seasonings Blends Containing Low Amounts of Salt:

Chive Dip:  chives, chervil, parsley, bon home, salt, and peppercorn.  Use in dips, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, cream soups, dressings for cucumbers, greens, and fish.  Top bread or toast.

Dippy Dill:  onion, dill weed, celery seed, peppercorn salt, and garlic.  Use for dips, poultry, vegetables, salads, cheese, fish, and sauces.

Heritage Salad:  parsley, chervil, chives, basil, mustard, garlic, lemon peel, tarragon, peppercorns, and sea salt.  Use this blend on salads, poultry, fish, vegetables (especially beets, carrots and potatoes) cheese dishes and eggs.

Homestead:  tarragon, dill, lemon peel, peppercorns, and sea salt.  Use this blend on all vegetables, meats, fish, salads, potatoes, dips, spreads.  A very mild seasoning.

Little Dragon With Salt:  tarragon, garlic, mustard, black peppercorns, red pepper, lemon peel, and sea salt.  The blend has a little bite.  Use on greens, salads, chicken, fish, dips, sauces, beets, carrots, marinade, rub for chicken and fish, and grilling.

Bon Homme:  celery seed, sea salt, tellecherry peppercorns, and garlic.  use in cream soups, poultry, pork, cabbage, cucumbers, salads, beets, potatoes, vegetable soup, and cheese dishes.

Lemon Herb With Salt:  lemon peel, basil, thyme, savory, parsley, sea salt, and peppercorns.  Use on fish, cucumbers, spreads, poultry, breads, soups, vegetables, and sauces.

Poultry Seasoning:  sage, thyme, savory, peppercorns, bay, lemon peel, and sea salt.  Use in stuffing, poultry, pork, and soup.

Seasoned Salt:  parsley, chervil, garlic, paprika, savory, thyme, peppercorns, and sea salt.  Use on everything.
